The workflows I built for myself first. If I'm going to recommend something to a client, I want to be running a version of it.

Unified 2-way CRM sync

I run VoiceCloser and RxRoss and needed a single source of truth across contacts, conversations, and inboxes.

Workflow

  • Contacts and conversations sync between both businesses and my main CRM
  • Gmail threads attach to the right contact automatically
  • Changes in one system propagate to the others in near real-time

Result: No duplicate contacts, no "which inbox was that in?", and a single clean pipeline view.

AI personal assistant tied into my GHL

I threw away my business cell, moved the number into GoHighLevel, and now 100% of my business calls run through a custom voice agent and land in the CRM.

Workflow

  • Picks up and asks for the caller's name, or greets them by name if they're already in the CRM
  • Asks naturally what they're calling about "so I can tell Rodney"
  • Forwards the call to me, then jumps back on the line if I miss it to take a message and best callback times
  • Creates the opportunity in GHL with full context and notifies me

Result: Every call is captured, qualified, and logged. No more business calls slipping past the CRM.

Custom GHL action agent

I outgrew the generic CRM tooling and built a voice-driven agent that does 80-90% of my GHL actions for me. This replaced a SaaS I built last year called CRM Buddy, which is now sunset.

Workflow

  • Create contacts, opportunities, tasks, notes, and appointments from plain English
  • Search and pull contacts, adjust calendars, and move pipeline stages by voice
  • Works across both my GHL accounts without context-switching

Result: I spend more time talking to people and less time clicking around the CRM.

Social content autopilot

Creating and posting content across multiple platforms was eating hours each week.

  • Long-form video gets auto-transcribed
  • Key clips and descriptions are suggested
