Hey, I'm Rodney.
I used to be "the real estate guy." Now I'm "the workflow guy."
For about 15 years I was "the real estate guy," mostly with Keller Williams, doing residential and commercial deals, 50+ rehabs, and owning two self-storage facilities. I personally acquired over $18M in real estate.
My skills as an agent and investor kept getting better.
My systems didn't.
I ran everything on a revolving door of CRMs, spreadsheets, and sticky notes. When business was good, follow-up slipped. Leads went cold, opportunities died quietly, and I left an embarrassing amount of money on the table just because the backend couldn't keep up.
At some point I realized: this wasn't a "work harder" problem. It was a workflow problem.
I started building tools to fix my own mess. First it was small scripts and automations. Then a product called CRM Buddy so I could "talk to my CRM" instead of spending nights on data entry. Those projects opened the door to what I do now.
Today, I help small service businesses do the same thing I wish I'd done years earlier: take the messy, manual workflows that quietly run the business and redesign them into simple, AI-powered systems that actually get used.
How I work
Workflow-first, tool-second.
Start with the real workflow
We map what actually happens in your business today: who does what, when, and how things fall through the cracks. No theory, just reality.
Design for busy operators
I've been the guy juggling calls, deals, and emails. Everything we build has to be simple enough that your team will actually use it without you nagging them.
Use the tools you already have
Where possible, I plug into your existing stack (CRM, GoHighLevel, email, phone systems) instead of forcing you onto 10 new platforms.
Measure by outcomes, not features
We judge workflows by hours saved, errors reduced, and revenue captured, not how "fancy" the tech is. Proof beats promises.
A few of the systems I've built
I use the same workflows I build for clients to run my own businesses.
VoiceCloser
AI phone agent for service businesses. Answers calls, qualifies callers, books appointments, and logs everything in the CRM.
voicecloser.ioUnified 2-way CRM sync
Keeps contacts and conversations in sync across my businesses, CRM, GoHighLevel, and Gmail so nothing gets lost.

Daily follow-up queues, prioritized tasks, and one dashboard that shows exactly who I need to talk to. Replaced an earlier product of mine called CRM Buddy.
More on projectsSocial content autopilot
Long-form video gets transcribed, key clips and descriptions are suggested, and approved content is queued and posted across ~7 platforms.
