This Privacy Policy describes how RECO QA LLC, doing business as RXROSS ("RXROSS," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information through the website at rxross.com (the "Site") and through our communications with you.

By using this Site, contacting us, or providing your phone number to Rodney Ross during a meeting, phone call, or referral introduction, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Contact Information. When you provide your name, phone number, or email - through this Site, in person, by phone, or via referral - we record that information for the purpose of communicating with you about real estate matters.

Property Information. When you tell us about a property you want to buy or sell, or other real estate matters, we record relevant property details (address, type, condition, financial details you choose to share) to provide our services.

Site Usage Data. We collect basic technical information when you visit rxross.com, including IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited. This data is used for security and analytics purposes only.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Communicate with you about real estate inquiries, transactions, and follow-ups
  • Send appointment reminders and confirmations
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, attorneys, and others involved in transactions you are part of
  • Send occasional market updates, listing notifications, and information about properties that may interest you, where you have given consent
  • Comply with legal and recordkeeping obligations applicable to licensed real estate agents

We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. SMS / Text Message Communications

How consent is collected. We collect your consent to send text messages in one of two ways: (1) directly from you during in-person meetings, phone conversations, or personal referrals, where we confirm verbally that we may text the number you have provided; or (2) when you check the SMS consent box on a form on this Site. Phone numbers submitted through a Site form without checking the SMS consent box are used for follow-up phone calls and email only, and are not enrolled in SMS communication.

What we send. Messages may include real estate follow-ups, property updates, showing confirmations, document and signing reminders, coordination with contractors and vendors involved in your transactions, and occasional market updates relevant to your stated interests.

Frequency. Message frequency varies based on the activity of your transaction or inquiry. There is no fixed schedule.

Carrier disclosure. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out. You may opt out of text messages at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any text message
  • Replying HELP for assistance
  • Emailing rodney@rxross.com with the subject "SMS Opt-Out"
  • Telling Rodney directly during any conversation

Opt-out requests are honored promptly. We do not share or sell SMS contact information or consent with third parties for any purpose.

5. Data Sharing

We share your information only as necessary to:

  • Provide the services you have engaged us for (e.g., sharing contact information with parties to a transaction, attorneys, title companies, lenders, or KW Commercial brokerage as required)
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, or licensing obligations applicable to licensed real estate agents
  • Protect our legal rights or respond to lawful requests

We do not sell personal information. SMS consent and phone numbers are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

Active relationships. Your information is retained for as long as we are working together or while you remain on our contact list.

Transaction records. Real estate transaction records are retained in accordance with state regulations governing licensed real estate professionals (typically 7 years).

Deletion requests. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting rodney@rxross.com. We will honor deletion requests except where applicable law requires us to retain certain records.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take care with how your information is handled and stored.

8. Your Rights

You may:

  • Request a copy of the information we have about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Opt out of SMS communications at any time (see Section 4)
  • Opt out of email communications by replying with "unsubscribe"

This Site and our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

10. State-Specific Notices
