How We Obtain Consent

We obtain your consent to send SMS messages when you check an optional SMS consent checkbox on a form on the Site:

• Submit the contact form on rxross.com and check the optional SMS appointment reminders & follow-ups checkbox
• Submit the contact form on rxross.com and check the optional AI tips, updates & offers (marketing) checkbox

SMS consent is always optional. You can submit the contact form and request an AI strategy call without consenting to receive SMS messages. SMS consent is never a condition of using our services.

Each consent submission is recorded with a timestamp, the specific checkboxes you selected, your IP address, and the user-agent string of the browser you used.

Types of Messages

You may receive the following types of SMS messages from RXROSS:

• Appointment confirmations: Confirmation that your AI strategy call has been scheduled
• Appointment reminders: Reminders the day before or the day of a scheduled call
• Strategy-call follow-ups: Follow-up messages after your AI strategy call
• Marketing messages (if opted in): AI tips, workflow ideas, and exclusive offers

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the activity of your engagement with us. Typically:

• Appointment-related messages: 1–3 per scheduled call
• Follow-ups: 1–2 messages per call, depending on what we discussed
• Marketing messages: 1–2 per month (if opted in)

Carrier Charges

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier will apply to any SMS messages you receive. RXROSS does not charge separately for SMS messages, but your carrier may charge you for each message received. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opting Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us
• Emailing us at rodney@rxross.com with the subject line "SMS Opt-Out"

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe by replying START. Opting out of SMS does not affect other communications such as email.

No Third-Party Sharing of SMS Consent

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your phone number and consent information will only be used by RECO QA LLC (RXROSS) and our service providers who assist in delivering SMS messages on our behalf. These service providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than providing SMS delivery services to us.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the Site and our services:

• Railway: hosting infrastructure for rxross.com
• GoHighLevel: CRM and automation platform that receives contact form submissions and sends SMS / email on our behalf
• Twilio: SMS message delivery

Each of these providers has their own privacy policies and we only share the minimum information necessary for them to perform their functions.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: with the third-party vendors listed above who assist in operating the Site and our communications
• Legal requirements: when required by law, subpoena, or legal process
• Protection of rights: to protect the rights, property, or safety of RXROSS, our users, or the public
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction

Data Security

We retain contact-form submissions and the associated consent records for as long as we are working with you, plus a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal and recordkeeping obligations. SMS consent records are retained for at least four years after the most recent message exchanged with you, in line with industry guidance for SMS opt-in records. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing rodney@rxross.com; we will honor deletion requests except where retention is required by law.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
